This blog will walk you through some easy-to-understand steps to set up your Arlo Pro Wire-Free HD Security Camera System in a hassle-free manner.
Creating an Arlo account
The very first step when you begin with the Arlo camera setup process is creating an Arlo cloud account. This account will help you manage your Arlo devices remotely. You can use the Arlo smartphone app to manage the camera’s and other Arlo device’s settings. The app also lets you command your Arlo devices to perform actions such as capturing video, enabling and disabling motion detection-like features, and more. Moreover, you don’t have to depend on a single device to manage your Arlo devices. You can log in using any device from any location and manage device settings easily as long as you have access to the account.
Now, you can start by creating an Arlo account using the Arlo smartphone app or the default web address my.arlo.com. Once you have created an account, you’ll be redirected to the login page.
